Job Title: SQL Automation Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Automation Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL and a proven track record of automation in various aspects of database management. Experience in the US healthcare sector is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities SQL Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in SQL query language, including complex queries, data manipulation, and optimization techniques. Automation Skills: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for database tasks, such as data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and reporting using scripting languages or automation tools. Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and security standards are met. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot database issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies promptly and efficiently. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and implement effective database solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data models, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to database management and automation, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
