Job description
Role and Responsibilities:
Title creation to generate greater impact
Maximize exposure through the use of SEO and thumbnail selection
Increase the number of subscribers video views comments engagement
Leverage videos across other social media platforms for more views.
Define and implement channel strategy including longterm goals goto
market strategies and key performance indicators within YouTube s
search engine
Manage channel content including livestream events digital media
assets social media marketing campaigns and owned/earned/paid media
Create maintain and promote channel content including videos and
other assets
Develop and oversee channel community including channel moderators
marketing managers and network of channel partners
Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines
Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics including paid
and organic search social and display advertising
Oversee channel business analytics including reporting analysis and
optimization
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the channel s performance
Develop and implement channel budget
Requirements competencies and skills
Expert knowledge of social media marketing including paid and organic
channels
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Google Docs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Creative eye for design and video content
Excellent time management and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Degree in Digital
Marketing/Communications
Relevant experience in Digital marketing
in wellness center/hospitality industry.
Meeting both of the above points is ideal.
Experience 2 3 years of experience in digital marketing
