Job description
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the MRO sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our MRO product line and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their unique MRO needs.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitors.
- Analyse customer needs and market trends to tailor sales approaches.
Order Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of MRO products.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of MRO products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the MRO products industry.
