Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the MRO sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our MRO product line and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their unique MRO needs.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitors.
  • Analyse customer needs and market trends to tailor sales approaches.

Order Management:

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of MRO products.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
