About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Process Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects
- Ensure effective relationships among the design teams
- Identify complex analysis and apply results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches including proposed technology, staff and structure changes, and cost estimates
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff
- Serve as the main point of contact for line of business partners
- Schedule various review calls and working sessions
- Review automation recommendations and meet with the delivery team to triage prerequisite requirements
- Assist with obtaining all prerequisites with business partners
- Responsible for identifying and resolving any impediments to completing delivery
- Translate advanced technology experience, in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management. Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence platform support solutions for highly complex business and technical needs or technology initiatives
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Lead highly complex, broad impact initiatives including provision of high-level systems consultation for the technology teams related to large scale planning
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommend innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Overall professional experience of 17+ years with 10+ years of Business Execution, Solution Design, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
