Website : Location : Whitefield, Bangalore (On-Site - Work from office only) Job title : Senior Engineer - Powertrain Development ( 6+ years of experience with powertrain) Job description : Preparation of test cases and Executing necessary tests. Preparing necessary test set up for EV’s Key Competencies Required : Direct experience with 0/1-D multiphysics simulation tools such as GT-UITE, WAVE, BOOST, AMESIM, MATLAB Simulink, or equivalent Good understanding of powertrain architecture, sub systems, key functionalities, high level control, thermal management. Knowledge of CAN BUS communication protocols Expert in engineering tools like Vector CANoe, 2D data logger Experience in handling large volumes of data, ability to use analytical tools to interpret data. Knowledge of coding / programming languages such as python, R studio, etc. Ensure Analyse convergence of Quality issues (Failure mechanism, Verification Root cause, Counter measure) Experience creating test procedures and DVP/Rs. Expert In MS project and MS excel Good understanding on the industry challenges on Battery Electric Vehicle in general and of Electric Drive Units in particular. Strong interpersonal skills Strong problem solving, analytical and listening skills Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task Good summarizing skills on project findings and reporting. Knowledge of HW/SW related to high and low voltage component functions; Formal training and certification in high voltage systems strongly preferred. Qualifications : B.E/B. Tech, M.E/ M.
