Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for people management and product deliveries reporting into the VP Engineering. It requires hands on Python development and Machine learning experience. Your responsibilities include
- Hire, mentor and motivate your teams.
- Plan and manage scrums and deliveries.
- Knowledge of cloud deployments, security and scalability concerns.
- Contribute to the design and develop of Python based micro services.
- Expertise in scalable systems, including APIs, middleware and database systems.
- Expertise in one or more of these areas OCR and Computer Vision, Generative AI, Machine Learning and ETL systems.
- Create efficient development, build, packaging and deployment processes for Java and GoLang micro services.
- Review code and enforce best coding, security and test practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Overall 15+ years of experience
- Experience in managing technical teams for 5 years.
- At least 10+ years of Python development experience in the relevant domain
- Worked on a product or SaaS platform
- Good communication and negotiation skills
