Job Description
• Core skills requirement: Design and implementation/support of Security Roles in SAP NetWeaver, ECC, HR security, BI security, S/4 security concepts, Success Factors, Fiori and GRC.
• Role Management such as updates related to bug fixes, role creation and design, single role, composite role, derived roles and complex roles.
• Should have support or implementation experience for GRC AC components (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM), GRC PC and SAP IDM
• Good in implementation experience in MSMP and BRF+ in GRC ARM module.
• Knowledge and experience with GRC ARA module for risk identification and modification of the ruleset.
• E xperience with GRC integration with IDM using Webservices.
• GRC BRM role import and role creation and data synchronization to GRC from other systems.
• User Administration using SAP Standard TCODES, CUA, IDM.
• Analyze the Segregation of Duties rules and Security Role Provisioning solutions
• Understanding of SOX controls, testing and compliance requirements.
• Firefighter - root cause analysis for Firefighter logs generation and workflow issues
• Ability to handle sev1 and major incidents and provide resolution within SLA.
• Provide audit and security reports to maintain adherence to GDPR, and SOX compliance.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements.
• Support for Internal and External Audits
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve issues that sometimes cross functional boundaries
