Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for design and marketing, capable of bringing concepts to life across various digital platforms. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visual assets that resonate with our clients' target audiences and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media graphics, display ads, email templates, and website assets.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, including brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and final execution.
- Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate key messages and drive desired actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and technology to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our work.
- Contribute to the overall design culture within the agency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools/software (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
- Experience in using AI tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and/or interactive design is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries to achieve impactful results.
