Required Technical and Professional Expertise - Good understanding of software quality assurance in the Agile development model. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met. Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing Work closely with the development team to improve existing products Sharp attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. Based on requirements received, should be in a position to write test cases independently. Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process. Investigate customer complaints and product issues. Document all testing strategies and track QA Metrics. Knowledge in SQL and Linux/Unix is preferred.
