Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and acquire commercial vehicles and construction equipment from reputable suppliers and manufacturers.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a sales team, setting targets and providing guidance.
Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and key stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and implement improvements.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and educate the team about product features and benefits.
