The Enterprise Architect is a Strategic and Highly Visible Role for SID Global Solutions. This role is aligned to Sales and Account Management function. A person is this role will co-own accounts with an Account Manager, building and executing on an account strategy for CSAT and GROWTH. Responsibilities: Partner with Account Management and Sales on creating and executing an account/enterprise Level strategy for Growth and CSAT · Create Technology and Solution Strategy supporting Sales and Account Management · Identify Value for theAccount and support Lead Generation and Conversion · Create and manage the Solution and Technology Landscape of the account. · Lead Enterprise and Large Solution Level discussions with associated business and technology owners to receive buy - in and approval · Identity, Curate and Maintain Portfolio of Enterprise of Solutions for the account. · Support the acquisition and management of Business Intelligence for the account. · Create & articulate compelling and contextual value conversations with C-Level stakeholders and their extended teams for the account · Create the necessary assets to describe Solutions, Execution Strategies (People, Process, Operating Model), Provide Technology Recommendations, Assumptions and Considerations to support Proposals, SOWs and RFIs and RFPs · Govern SIDGS Delivery Teams on the Account to meet agreed-upon standards for quality and meet the stated business needs for the Account · Work directly with account level business owners aligning business needs, strategy and requirements to IT solutions. · Build a trusted advisor relationship with business leaders to provide coaching and guidance on solution options based on understanding of industry trends and customer expectations · Work with internal or external business and technology constituents to determine product future direction or respond to product inquiries · Conduct training and technical workshops for Customers and internal teams · Supports the Creation and Socialization of Account Level Communications Skills for Account Architect: · Deep Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Solutions · Strong Cloud Fundamentals for Solution Design, Cloud Management and FinOps · Strong facilitation skills and ability to interact with Senior Leaders · Ability to Identity, Curate, Catalog and Maintain Portfolio of Enterprise of Solutions · Ability to define and socialize concepts, processes, and services that comprise the enterprise's value chain and operations across various levels · Ability to ideate and execute on ideas from Concept to Demo as an Individual Contributor · Proactive identification of opportunities to propel Business and Digital Acceleration and Transformation. · Translate complex topics, concepts and opportunities into possible solutions that will help with driving value to account and new sales pipeline · Deep understanding of ‘Build’ and ‘Run’ Models used in BFSI domain · Aligning Architecture in the Agile methodology · Ability to succeed through ‘influence’ · An understanding of working well with remote teams across different time zones · Mentoring and Coaching SID Global Staff for CSAT and Delivery Excellence · Understanding of SRE Principles and Adoption for Operational Excellence Technical and Domain Expertise: · Create and Maintain Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Solutions Architectures · Expert level understanding of Enterprise Integration, Middleware and Digital Experiences and Strategies · Proficiency in Retail, Consumer, Corporate and Investment Banking · Deep Understanding of Digital Banking and SME Lending · Keen understanding of AI and ML strategies for Banking and Financial Services · Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. · Deep understanding of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services. · Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data management solutions. · Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture. · Familiarity with DevSecOps Process and MethodologiesJob tags
