Job Responsibilities - Identify cost savings opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers and companies.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- To manage the quality/ price/ availability/ relationship with suppliers to ensure that site/ end-user needs are met.
- Strong Follow-up for pending orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Should have good experience into diagnostics Labs.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Knowledge of healthcare products and services and dealing with outside India manufactures/company's/Vendor is a plus.
