Profile Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT services and consulting company. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, promoting our services, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and increase market share.

- Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate new business leads.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their requirements.

- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.

- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

- Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decision- making.

Desired Specifications & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services or consulting industry.

- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including technologies, solutions, and trends.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
