Role Description
Seamless pre onboarding & on boarding process.
Drive & Improve Employee Connect & Interactions (Like Skip Level Dialogues, HR & Employee Interactions, Town Hall etc,)
Drive Reward & Recognition programs.
Gather, Evaluate, Review and closure of Employees Feedback (Induction, 30 - 90 days journey, exit feedback, social media etc,)
Facilitate business leaders in employees Performance Reviews- Probation, Confirmation, Annual Appraisals etc. and ensure timely deliverables.
Support & facilitate Learning & Development Interventions - Training calendars, IDPs.
Support Employees Communication – Internal & External to enhance employer branding.
Advocacy of HR policies & systems to the employees & stake holders.
Be a bridge for Employees Services & Grievances, Business Leaders, and HR members (Employee onboarding to Exit).
MS & Dashboards
Qualifications
Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management with post qualification 2-4 years' experience in HR. Only Female candidates are preferred
Well versed and good Knowledge in HR & Employee Life Cycle processes and procedures.
Hands on exposure HRIS software, MS Office – Excel, PPT
Good team player with a solution mind & result orientation.
Maturity in Stake holders' engagement with customer focus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
