The job profile of a Sr. Financial Analyst in a finance team involves Financial Planning and Analysis: Development and execution of comprehensive financial planning and analysis process, including forecasting, budgeting, and month end activities for Bureau Veritas Shared Service Centre.

Responsibilities - Head Count Modeling: Develop and maintain head count models to support financial planning and analysis – Cost & Rebilling.
- Budget Preparation: Assisting N+1 to establish budgets, monitor budget-to-actual performance, and assist in developing strategies for cost optimization.
- Forecasting: Prepare accurate financial forecasts, incorporating business drivers.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers impacting financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare insightful financial reports highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the FP&A function and contribute to the enhancement of financial reporting tools and methodologies.
- Accountability and Responsibility: Take complete ownership of execution of financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting during month end & planning period.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting. MBA Finance or CIMA qualification is required.
- Relevant experience (3-5 years) in financial planning and analysis.
- Data Oriented Professional and ability to work on complex scenarios & simulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Awareness of ERP systems would be an advantage.
