Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Office Timing: 10 am to 8 pm (Female) 11am to 9 pm /12 pm to 10pm (Male)
Daylight savings time (2nd and 4th Sat off)
No Indian Holidays • Belgium Holiday
22 Leaves (14 PL and 8 CL/SL) _Pro rata basis: No Leaves in Probation Period
Job Location: Mahape (Navi Mumbai)
Job Description:
1. Work out best rates from time to time
2. To maintain and manage harmonious relationship with the vendors (SL, FF, Transporter).
3. Participate in regular discussions / meetings with coordinators; follow up with suppliers for Loading.
4. To ensure exceptional costs are kept under control, escalate to the concern authority for resolution
5. Gathering of proof for dispute invoices & to evaluate the same.
6. To ensure a maximum number of bookings through INTTRA.
7. To enhance the usage of SPOT booking to control costs.
8. Maintain D&D containers Tracker - long standing container

9. To create MIS of-
a. monthly volume in respect to folders & containers done.

b. incident log sheet as per format
c. new initiatives taken.
Required Candidate profile.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Should have work experience with a Freight Forwarder or CHA or NVOCC.
2. Comprehensible English and good communication skills along with good Computer skills
3. Positive Attitude
4. Flexible and tuned in to work extended hours.
5. Team player & good command over English
6. Receptive aptitude.
