Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate potential clients and job candidates through cold calling LinkedIn search and other strategies.
• Conduct prospecting and build relationships with key decisionmakers in the IT industry.
• Understand client staffing needs and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Generate leads for the sales team and arrange meetings with the Sales Team/Management.

Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with an MBA (Mandatory) and at least 2 years of experience in lead generation. The candidate must be based in Hyderabad Telangana and should not require remote or hybrid work.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of IT/NonIT roles
• Ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets
