Job description

1. Conceptualizing and Generating ideas for revenue growth
2. Carry monthly and quarterly targets for ad sales and develop plans to achieve the goals
3. Develop rate cards, media kit and other go to market material for media planning for the ad buyers
4. Must be well connected in the Automobile space with brands and agencies
5. An MBA from Tier 1 preferred
6. Ability to articulate the value of Droom Web property and ad inventory
7. Ability to quickly develop and manage relationships
8. Ability to collaborate across departments
9. Take ownership and result oriented
10. Excellent Communication Skills
11. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines
