For more about Group Bayport, please visit Website: LinkedIn: Designation: CEO Office - Special Projects (E – Commerce) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat About the Role An exciting opportunity to be part of our CEO office to coordinate and drive projects including technology, product, category, marketing etc. The role offers multiple career paths, including opportunities to fast track into operations / management role in next 2-3 years. Candidate will work closely with the founder/CEO and Head of Strategy in growth impacting areas. Candidate will participate in leadership/department discussions, track projects and drive cross-functional initiatives. Experience Required: 5+ years of post-qualification experience At least 2 years of experience in managing projects in e-commerce sector. Experience of implementing OKR, Balanced Scorecard or other frameworks for tracking and measuring projects Desired Skills: Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent MS Excel skills Project management skills. Ability to use project management software's like JIRA, MS Project etc. preferred. Qualification: Masters or undergrad from premier engineering/management institutes (IIT/IIM preferred)Job tags
