Job responsibilities:

Looking for Maximum 6 years of experience.

Identify and build relationships with potential clients to understand their real estate needs. Market and promote properties through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and networking events. Assess and value properties accurately, considering market conditions and property specifics. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes. Prepare and review real estate contracts and other legal documents. Stay current with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process. Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions and pricing. Collaborate with other professionals, such as appraisers and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the real estate agency.

Qualifications and Skillsets: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a results-driven attitude. Real estate license (if required in the region). Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
