This role is to answer incoming calls from customers and do outbound calls to make payments, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information about invoice concern from US Based customer regarding their Leased Equipments. Responsibilities • Answer calls and respond to emails • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email • Research required information using available resources • Manage and resolve customer complaints • Provide customers with product and service information • Should be able to collect payment over call. • Should be aware on basic collection terms i.e. RPC, PTP etc. • Enter new customer information into system • Update existing customer information • Process payments • Identify and escalate priority issues • Route calls to appropriate resource • Follow up with customer/Client where necessary • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Qualifications • College degree or equivalent • Proficient in relevant computer applications • Required language proficiency • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology Minimum Qualification • Minimum 2 years of experience in collection or customer service environment. • Good data entry and typing skills • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes Key Competencies: • Verbal and written communication skills • Listening skills • Problem analysis and problem solving • Customer service orientation • Organizational skills • Attention to detail Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
