Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic plans aligned with Trasks objectives. Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

2. Optimize logistics and supply chain management: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and distribution partners to ensure timely shipments, minimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards. Monitor inventory levels, manage demand forecasting, and implement inventory control measures.

3. Conduct data analysis: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and data-driven insights to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline processes, and drive operational improvements. Develop and manage tracking tools and databases to monitor and report critical operational information.

4. Project management: Collaborate with teams companywide to lead and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operations, such as process automation, software implementations, and outsourcing initiatives. Drive project timelines, define project scopes, and ensure successful execution.

5. Quality control: Implement quality control initiatives and protocols across operational workflows to maintain accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain quality management systems and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to defined standards.

6. Team collaboration and training: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing guidance, training, and support to operations teams. Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen overall operational efficiency.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to operations management. Keep Trask informed and educated on emerging opportunities for improvement and growth within the operations domain.

Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Previous experience in operations consulting or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

2. Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and the ability to draw insights from complex operational data.

3. Project management skills: Proven experience managing and driving successful projects from initiation to completion. Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools is a plus.

4. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.

5. Detail-oriented and organized: Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

6. Adaptability and agility: Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and adapting quickly to new processes and technologies.

7. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with operations management concepts, supply chain, logistics, and quality control best practices within the retail or manufacturing industry.
