We have an urgent opening for the position of Electrical Engineer – Maintenance for a Reputed Manufacturing Company for Ambarnath Location.
Job Description:
- Maintenance of Motor (Induction Motor) up to 250 HP.
- Testing and Maintenance of Earthing pit.
- Troubleshooting, coordination, and execution of corrective & preventive maintenance (PADA) of electrical equipment.
- Energy reports related to electrical consumption (MCR)
- Daily monitoring of Plant Equipment running hours.
- To handle maintenance & operation of the plant.
- Manpower handling and material management
- Planning and execution of maintenance schedules with documentation
- Yearly/Monthly/Daily preventive maintenance schedule updation.
- Attending Breakdown Jobs with analysis to avoid recurrence.
- Maintaining History Cards & day to day Documentation.
- Continuous attention to Energy Conservation & Energy conservation projects.
- Execution of cost-saving and energy-saving techniques and modification to achieve substantial reduction in operational cost within the budget
- Working on SAP for material requisition, purchasing, and reservation spares inventory
- Handling 20 TPH boiler & DM plant project
- Maintained ISO documentation
