Role: Cost Accountant

Experience: Minimum 5 7 years

Education: Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA/ ICWA (Min 80% marks required in 10+2/B.COM)

*Preference to Male Candidate/ Preference for Pharma Background Candidate.

Work Profile:

Cost accounting managers must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Good hands-on MS. Excel and complete knowledge of Pharmaceutical Ingredients. We require individuals with at least five years experience and a bachelors /masters degree in accounting or finance.

• Developing cost standards for materials and finished goods at site.
• Designing and implementing cost accounting systems
• Analysing production costs and recommending changes
• Handling the costing through software. Implementation of 100% costing through system.
• Overseeing annual physical inventory at various sites
• Hiring, training and supervising cost and inventory accounting staff.

Job Description:

Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization

Closing the Executed Batches in the software and calculation of related costings.

Performing month-end cost accounting close

Maintaining cost accounting system and cost ledger

Performing life cycle cost-benefit analysis

Reconciling beginning raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock

Analyzing inventory valuations
