Retsch GmbH is leading manufacturer of laboratory equipment for sample preparation and particle size analysis. With over 100 years of experience in milling, sieving and assaying technologies, Retsch has been a pioneer across various industries including cement, pharma, steel, coal, automobile etc .
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Representative to join our Verder team in Gujarat and drive sales of Retsch's industry-leading range of products.
Responsibilities :
• Maintaining and increasing sales of Retsch's products in an assigned territory
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Establishing and expanding customer base for Retsch's range of milling, sieving, grinding and other laboratory equipment
• Conduct product demonstrations and plant visits to showcase Retsch's equipment capabilities to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Reporting
You will Primarily be reporting to the Area Sales Manager. Secondary reporting is to the Product Manager - Retsch
Requirements
• 1-2 years of sales experience in scientific/analytical equipment industry
• Educational background - Any Science Graduate or Post Graduate / B.E / B.tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Basic working knowledge of material characterization techniques and familiarity with equipment such as ball mills, sieving machines etc. used in pharma and research labs
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Should be target driven and able to work independently
