Develop a strong sales team for the territory you are handling – Recruit new sales people, train them to perform and monitor them. 2. Generate sufficient leads by yourselves every month. 3. As and when an enquiry is received, attend them immediately and close order. Study the requirements of customer in full and then suggest the best suitable product to our customer. 4. To ensure that your orders are executed properly and payment collected on time – as and when necessary follow up with other staffs in our office for complete execution of your order. Incase of any delay in order execution, inform customer suitably. 5. Develop knowledge about new products and promote them to our customers so that there is a steady growth in your sales. 6. To ensure orderliness & cleanliness of office / factory premises. 7. To provide all support to customers, dealers / channel partners wherever necessary. 8. To work as a team - co ordinate with other staffs to help them to serve our customers promptly – ensure smooth and proper communication is done so that company able to achieve the mission - Total Customer Satisfaction. 9. Train any 1 or 2 staffs in the company who can handle your jobs well in your absence.Job tags
