Job description

L2 Ops Manager Responsibilities

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Performing requirements analysis, documenting, and communicating the results of your efforts.

Handling Operation Team for SMO IT portfolio solutions- IDMCP, ELMER, OSA/OLA, etc.

Handling L1 Operation Team for daily routine activities related to SCM for Company Distributors.

Attending regular calls with Vendor and Company Teams. (as per aligned drumbeat)

Co-ordinate with Distributors and Company for SCM Activities.

Maintaining SLA for Operation Activities.

Training of Distributor Team wherever required.

Ensuring Regular Reporting Activities as per alignment with Company.

Vendor co-ordination for getting solution within SLA/timeframe agreed with Company for any escalated issues.

Ensuring that Distributor Team is able to continue their daily activities smoothly.

Ensuring timely reporting on the status without Zero reminders.

Timely escalations to Company in case there is a delay from vendor for any solution/activity.

Ensuring to get all SOP, Process Documentation and Training PPTs from vendor and store in Centralize Location.

L2 Ops Manager Requirements

A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Prior exposure to Planning / Supply Chain domain in Company distributor ecosystem (e.g., iDMCP, LEAP) is must.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Advanced technical skills.

Excellent documentation skills.

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel (Advanced), and Outlook.

A track record of following through on commitments.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.

A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
