Job Description

Strategic sales and marketing, lead generation and branding experience is essential

Responsible for Value Added Sales to upsell & cross sell other products.

Ability to provide direction and manage, develop, and coach staff

Ability to utilize, manage and coach to consultative selling skills, pipeline management and processes

Scale our product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution.

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.

Create, nurture, manage, and grow our sales team.

Provide senior leadership to the organization market insights, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis.

Work closely with founders to align strategy with sales growth.

Be accountable for results, focusing on both long- and short-term strategies; take responsibility for accurate forecasting and meeting/exceeding agreed upon sales and revenue targets.

Prior experience / handled large regional sales

Prior rich experience in sales strategy and marketing Strategy
