Job description
Get Trained and Prepares/Performs CNC Tube Bending and CNC Programing of Lathe, horizontal and vertical mill machine configurations for moderate to complex Hydraulic Schematics, P&IDs, and Machined parts under Full supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
Get Trained and Prepares 3d CAD models of CNC tube routing as per the hydraulic schematics, P&IDs, Assembly CAD models.
Prepares programs for 3-axes CNC Machines by studying inputs like drawings/Blueprints, CAD Models, Technical Documents/Specs
Knowledge of various cutting tools and Machine tools used in industry.
Execute the assigned tasks.
Knowledge of Solidworks software tool in the area of application, viz. modeling, Routing assembly, drawing, weldment, etc
Knowledge of CAM Software
Basic knowledge of drafting and other standards governing tolerance, welding, surface finish, hydraulics symbols.
NON-ESSENTIAL
Undertake any other trainings/duties of a reasonable nature as required by Management.
Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned.
Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures.

Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.
Other
Carry out training/work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship
Apprentice will be reporting directly to Manager Engineering
Qualifications
REQUIRED
3/4 Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Certification in CNC Programming
DESIRED
Familiarity with Solidworks(Preferred with some Certification)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
