Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing efforts for e-invitations and wedding gifting products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with a focus on driving performance and maximizing ROI across various online channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns in the wedding industry.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for e-invitations and wedding gifting products.
• Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various online channels, including but not limited to, paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the wedding industry, staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the product development, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in executing marketing campaigns effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior patterns to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the e-invitations and wedding gifting market segments.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the wedding industry or related e-commerce sectors.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through various online channels.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
