Roles & Responsibilities : Training Identification Needs Preparation of Annual Training Plan Maintain Training records Responsibility to identify training needs of all employees in consultation with respective Department heads. To co-ordinate in-house & external training programs. To ensure evaluation and reporting to effectiveness of training with concerned functional heads. To Monitor Skill & Competency Matrix Updating has been carried out for all functions by process owners as per plan Recruitment Budget Approval ,Recruitment Drive as applicable Carrying out Joining Formalities and Maintaining required Documents Carrying out Induction programs for all new joiners and maintaining required documents To handover trained personal to all relevant functions. Have a strong control on the labors absenteeism and contractor management. Should not let production hamper at any cost due to insufficient or unskilled labor. Employee motivation through Rewards& Recognition Programs To coordinate in formation of personnel policies & maintain harmonious industrial relations To coordinate with top management & respective departments for appraisal activity Monitoring departmental KPI's Monitoring of absenteeism of all employees & workers Salary disbursement of all employees Resource management for house keeping activities Handle IATF Audits Canteen management Authorities To carry recruitment drive after top management approval Release the offer letter to new selected candidate To recruit associates and related skills. To monitor the implementation of government regularity norms all over the company. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedJob tags
