We have an opening for Sales Position for a Reputed Builder for  Navi Mumbai Location

Candidates Profile:

• Very Good Communication & negotiating Skills.
• Should be able to convince the
  customer.
• Real Estate Background Preferable
• Ready to do field visits.
• Go getting Attitude.
• Self Motivated.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Presenting the idea to enhance brand awareness and also to increase the sales.
• Understanding client's needs related to real estate purchases and suggest a good real estate project as per the need.
• Handling international as well as local clients to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in Navi Mumbai location.
• Doing Home Presentation and Office Presentation.
• Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects 
• Attending Clients in Property Sites.

Salary- up to 6 LPA+Very Good Incentive
