Job Milap is hiring for a Regional Head / City Head for one of its leading Gold Loan Fintech Clients headquartered in Gurugram.

Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for City Head who are well experienced in handling big teams & ensuring target achievements
from each one of them. Candidate with minimum 7-10 year of experience with gold loan/financial activities.
Job Description:
• Role End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the city.
• Monitor daily / weekly business and drive improvements to improve numbers and deliver monthly
targets.
• Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Loan and Sales Manager.
• Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team.
• Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback Skills.
• Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and
monitored to ensure 100% adherence.
• Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Highly aggressive Team Manager & Motivator Target oriented and data-driven approach to sales
• Timely interest collection and recovery of over dues- minimizing NPA status of accounts as well as
auction of gold
