Position: Site Engineer
Experience: Min.10 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
- Oversee the beginning of each-turn-key projects, including details like permit submission and design evaluations.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
· Verifying the bills of vendors.
- Prepares and monitors project budgets and cash flow projections; Establishes and monitors time and cost schedules.
· Check the quality of material.
- Manages the design and construction teams including architects, interiors, Map Consultants, general contractors, engineers, construction managers and other consultants to ensure adherence to project budget and schedule, cost containment and quality control.
- Monthly meetings with Sub-contractors, Architectures.
- Conducts and arranges regular site inspections and construction draw meetings.
- Personally inspects active construction projects not less than two times a month.
- Prepares and presents progress reports to board of directors, board committees, and others as requested.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Requirement and Skills
