Job description

We are looking for an experienced

Human Resource Manager for the Hybrid Role which also includes Client Communication.

C andidate must have experience of

2+ years in the field of IT recruitment.

Job Description:

Candidate with hybrid job role, which will include HR (50%) and Client Servicing (50%) HR would include, IT recruitment, Onboarding, and basic paperwork. In client servicing, the candidate will be responsible for interaction with the onboarded clients and become a bridge of communication with the team and clients additionally bidding on different portals by creating proposals. Background on IT tech stack would be ++ Previous experience in client servicing ++

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and hire new employees, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews Client Communication | Managing Updates with Clients | Email Strategies | Followups.
