Officer – Research and Development Matrix Life Science Pvt Ltd, Paithan, Aurangabad. With a production facility spanning over 23 acres, we aim to serve global needs while exploring avenues for innovation. Looking for a dynamic professional with relevant experience. Responsibilities:- Literature review and research: Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific literature and advancements in organic chemistry R&D. Conduct literature reviews to inform experimental design and incorporate new strategies or technologies into research projects. Synthesis and purification: Conduct experiments to develop new process or modify existing ones. Employ various techniques such as reflux, crystallization, distillation, and chromatography to purify and isolate target compounds. Process optimization: Optimize reaction conditions, including temperature, pressure, solvent, and catalysts, to improve yields, selectivity, and scalability of processes. Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve challenges. Safety and compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines related to organic chemistry laboratory work. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals. Comply with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records of experiments and materials. Continuous learning and professional development: Stay updated with advancements in organic chemistry research, techniques, and technologies.
