Lead Support Engineer - Platform Job Location: Bangalore/Mumbai Experience:5-7 years

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Support and Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of expertise in customer support and technical prowess in implementing SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up new client tenants, executing scripts, configuring settings, and providing exemplary support to ensure our clients can leverage our product to its full potential. Responsibilities.

· Lead the setup and configuration of new tenant environments for clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. · Execute scripts and perform data migrations as part of the implementation process. · Configure product settings according to client specifications and best practices. · Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex issues, and acting as the escalation point for unresolved problems. · Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support and implementation processes. · Collaborate with the product development team to inform about recurring challenges and contribute to the product improvement. · Train and mentor support team members, enhancing their skills and ensuring high-quality client service. · Manage multiple implementation projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion within scope. · Forge strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our product. Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. · 6-8 years of experience in technical support and SaaS product implementation. · Strong understanding of SQL and experience with scripting for data manipulation. · Proven track record of managing and executing product implementations. · Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and tackle technical issues. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly. · Experience with software development life cycles and agile methodologies. · Leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team. · Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client time zones.
