Job Description:

Executive Assistant and Operations is responsible as the main point of contact with vendor and other stakeholders, handling and analyzing all data related with vendors (invoices, subscriptions, documentations etc.)

Responsibilities Work with various teams like product, technical, finance and vendors to make sure all the payments are done on time and no service outages Share monthly provisioning with finance Raise invoices on the Expenzing portal and follow-up on the payment with Finance team Onboarding new vendors Responsible for the DLT portal Supporting the CTO and Engineering Head with daily calendar management and schedules to ensure timely execution of all major engagements Schedule and diligently track regular one-on-one employee discussions with CTO and Engineering Head

Technical skills required : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel)

Qualification: Any Graduate preferably B.Com Must have good communication skills Strong sense of collaboration with stakeholders both internal and external Good team player Proactive behaviour is preferred over-reactive
