Job description

1. Coating Process Development:
   

   • Research and develop coating processes that meet performance, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
     
   • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and optimize coating formulations for desired properties.
     

2. Project Management:
   

   • Plan, organize, and execute coating projects from concept to completion.
     
   • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
     

3. Quality Control:
   

   • Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications in coating processes.
     
   • Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of coated surfaces.
     

4. Material Selection:
   

   • Evaluate and select appropriate coating materials based on the intended application, surface characteristics, and environmental factors.
     
   • Work closely with suppliers to assess and acquire necessary coating materials.
     

5. Documentation and Reporting:
   

   • Maintain detailed records of coating processes, formulations, and test results.
     
   • Prepare regular reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
     

6. Regulatory Compliance:
   

   • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to coatings.
     
   • Ensure that coating processes comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
     

7. Continuous Improvement:
   

   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
     
   • Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall coating performance.
