Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Lead Engineer with expertise in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) to join our innovative team. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions tailored to our clients' partner ecosystem needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality PRM solutions that enhance partner engagement, drive channel revenue, and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, PRM, and related Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities: * Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions for Partner Relationship Management (PRM) implementations. * Work closely with clients to understand their partner ecosystem, business requirements, and strategic objectives. * Translate business requirements into technical designs, data models, and solution architecture diagrams. * Configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud components, including Community Builder, Lightning Components, and CMS Connect. * Implement partner-facing portals, dashboards, and self-service tools to enhance partner engagement and collaboration. * Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external systems using APIs and middleware. * Develop custom solutions and code enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and Aura Components as needed. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for partner communities. * Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. * Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure adherence to quality standards and security best practices. * Support testing efforts, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure successful solution delivery. * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, including troubleshooting and bug fixes. * Stay current on Salesforce Experience Cloud releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization. * Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. * Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, scoping, and proposal development, to support business development efforts. * Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * 5-8 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, with a focus on Partner Relationship Management (PRM). * Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (formerly Community Cloud Consultant) certification preferred. * Deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities, including Community Builder, Lightning Components, CMS Connect, and Community Cloud templates. * Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs. * Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings, including roles, profiles, and permission sets. * Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React. * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. * Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and drive project success.
