Hiring for a Senior Manager - Organization Development Location - Pune Mode of work - Work from Office
In this role you will play a key role in shaping the organization's culture and driving its success through strategic OD interventions. Will Include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational challenges, foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement, and ensure the organization has the right skills and competencies to achieve its objectives. Responsibilities: Design and lead OD interventions that address critical organizational challenges, such as change management, cultural transformation, and employee engagement. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other OD interventions to promote employee development and organizational change. Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of OD interventions and inform future strategies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in OD. Contribute to the development and maintenance of OD tools, resources, and processes. Represent the OD team in meetings with senior management and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Grad / Post Grad in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Organization Development. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing OD interventions. Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and change management methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
