ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive leasing transactions across various locations in India apart from primary city assigned.
2. To create a strong leasing pipeline for all projects in the respective regions.
3. Responsible for negotiating and closing leasing transactions & coordinate for end-to-end transactions of leasing with client from sourcing, submitting proposals, negotiation, documentations and closure of deal.
4. Coordinate with various departments internally as well as within Client set up for closure of transactions.
5. To prepare client pitch Proposal presentations.
6. Maintain relationship with company's prospective as well as existing clients.
Pre requisites:
Existing network with IPC, Brokers, Consulates, Industry bodies etc.
Experience of leasing transactions right from sourcing, submitting proposals, negotiation, documentations and closure of deal.
Experience of closing commercial leasing deals.
Hands on knowledge of Warehousing and Industrial Buildings specs. Should have good understanding of Techno commercial understanding of Industrial and Warehousing specifications.
Understanding of warehousing and industrial markets across India mostly Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad Markets preferred.
Skills required:
1. Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
2. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
3. Time management and organizational skills
4. Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction
5. Self-Starter, dependable and detail oriented.
6. Team handling and client management
7. Ready to travel
8. min 2-3 years Warehousing experience Required
