- He should have knowledge on production technology
- He should well verse with KAIZEN activity
- He should be well versed with lean manufacturing system
- Should have good knowledge on 5’S
- Computer skills must
- Analytical skill is must for improvement.
- Auto cad knowledge will be added advantage.
- Should be from manufacturing background (Specially from mass production field)
- He will be also responsible for production activities.
- Good skill on communication with peers and seniors and juniors.
