Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Mayami Ventures located in Guwahati. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing the sales team and achieving sales targets in the designated geographical area. You will also be required to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that will help grow the company's market share and increase revenue. Qualifications Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in FMCG domain Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans Good knowledge of market research techniques and analysis Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients and stakeholders Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel within the designated geographical area and work flexible hoursJob tags
