About the role As an Account Manager specializing in the Hotels category, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with OTA (Online Travel Agents), Hotel Chains, Brands, and other accommodation providers. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and increase partnership opportunities. You will act as the single point of contact between our company and the partners, providing growth opportunities, addressing concerns, and strategizing to maximize mutual benefits.

What you'll be doing: Client Relationship Management: Responsible for partner onboarding, building and maintaining active relationships with existing OTA’s, Hotel brands, and Chains around the globe to ensure client satisfaction Act as the single point of contact for all inquiries, technical issues, finances and other requests from partners. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and design business goals. Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand partnerships with existing hotel accounts. Collaborate internally with different teams like Marketing, Data and Integrations to develop customized solutions and propose it to partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual profitability and sustainability. Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, training sessions, and support to hotel partners to ensure optimal utilization of our platform or services. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Design the commercial strategy, build revenue models, business analysis and bid management Day-to-day performance monitoring and analysis to grow share of voice (click share) with campaign optimization for CPC accounts and optimization for maximized return for CPA partnerships Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and hotel partners, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Working closely with the Operations and Finance teams for prompt reporting and payments from accounts and resolve any billing disputes

Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience 2-4 in account management, sales, or business development within the hospitality industry, preferably in the hotels category. Strong understanding of hotel operations, distribution channels, and revenue management principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
