Role Description

The on-site Events Client Servicing Manager works directly with clients to understand and execute on their event objectives. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai, with responsibilities including managing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing event planning, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing communication with clients before, during, and after events. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the overall success of every event.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in event planning and management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
