Job description
Develop a comprehensive turnaround strategy to effectively manage capital costs, estimation, planning, and reporting activities during both tender and execution phases of a large-scale hydrogen-based project
. Collaborate with project managers, program directors, business development directors to address requirements for business proposals, critical resource, forecasts to ensure seamless project management and optimised resource allocation. Interfacing with client on regulatory compliance ensuring requirements are fulfilled by client before initiating the project Lead project control system kick-off and ensure successful implementation.
Conducting comprehensive reviews of actual progress against planned targets, collaborating with planners, cost engineers, and management to assess productivity, performance, manpower requirements.
. Develop project controls plan and budgeted resource curves to optimise project execution. Coordinate and facilitate monthly progress review meetings with clients, fostering transparent communication and building strong client relationships. Validate Level 3 baseline schedule, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
