Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Turbostart Technologies. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement robust and scalable code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and be familiar with modern software development practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data)
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and agile software development practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
