Job description
Job Description :- Bank Reconciliation on daily basis along with receipt and payment entries. Loan Account Reconciliation with Repayment Schedule. Documents preparation for Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG). Tracking and following up for Bank Guarantee with Marketing Team. Verification of LC and BG charges with bank policies. Preparation of Debtors aging and share with marketing team on weekly basis. Preparation of Vendors and Suppliers Payment cheques and handing over to respective departments. Account Reconciliation of Debtors. Submitting bill of Entry to bank (for Import and Export). Customer support for any query. Following up for advance payments, EMDs, Security deposits. Transaction Posting through Internet Banking for Payment to Vendors / Supplier, Tax Payments (GST, Income Tax, ESI or PF) Preparation of Balance Sheet Filling the GST Taxation
