Job Overview Full-Time Field Sales Executive role in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. Wingsbizpro, a part of WINGS Brand Activations, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with 06 months to 2 years of experience in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting field work, and meeting sales targets. Good communication, convincing skills, and an energetic attitude are essential for this role.
Qualifications And Skills - 06 months-2 years of experience in field sales or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Roles And Responsibilities - Conduct field visits to generate leads and identify potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with product information and solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for sales growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Report on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager
